We deliver across the entire UK, including the UK Isles. Shipping is free within the UK mainland. Please note that shipping to Northern Ireland is charged at £65.00 per order.
Delivery is fast and efficient! Our standard delivery timeframe is 7 days from the moment you place your order.
We are able to offer this speed because every item listed on our site is held in active stock and is ready to ship immediately. All deliveries are completed by a two-man delivery team for professional handling and placement.

Yes. During checkout, please use the 'Need your old furniture removing?' section to select the appropriate option. We will then call you to arrange the logistics for both the delivery of your new item and the removal of your old sofa.
Our Stock
We source our items directly from major furniture retailers, including DFS, Furniture Village, Sofology, and SCS. Our stock consists of cancelled orders, photography samples, and excess inventory. Items arrive with us brand new, still in the original packaging. We then unbox, photograph for our website, and display the items in our showrooms.
Every full-priced furniture purchase from Joseph James Furniture Outlet comes with a free 12-month warranty covering structural and mechanical issues. We'll repair or replace verified problems for a year. For longer protection, an optional 3-year extended warranty is available for 10% of the order value. We stand behind our furniture.
Ordering
We accept all major credit and debit cards both in-store and online. (Cash only in store).
We partner with Klarna and Snap Finance to provide industry-leading finance options. These allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over time. You can view the available terms and apply for finance directly through their services at checkout.

We do not currently offer a deposit scheme for securing items. All purchases must be paid for in full at the time of checkout.
