How long does delivery take?
In short: we aim to deliver your order within 7 days, anywhere in mainland UK. Our furniture is in stock and ready to go, so there is no long made-to-order wait.
How your delivery works
Arranging your delivery is simple, and we keep you informed the whole way:
Choose your delivery day at checkout
When you place your order, you can select a delivery day that suits you.
We confirm your day
Once your order is placed, we call you to agree a day that works, then send an email and text message confirming your delivery date.
We keep you posted on the day
The afternoon before, you will get a text with your delivery timeslot. On the day, our team calls around 30 minutes before they arrive, so you have time to get ready.
Orders with more than one item
If your order contains several items, your delivery date is based on the item with the longest lead time, so that everything can arrive together.
Please note
Scotland and Northern Ireland: deliveries may take a little longer than 7 days due to the extra distance involved. We will confirm the expected timescale when you order.
