Returns (Online & Phone Orders)

• 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and cancel your order.
• Must Be Brand New: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on custom/bespoke items, assembled items, or unsealed mattresses/bedding (for hygiene reasons).
• Return Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. (If you change your mind).
