Do you take the packaging away?
In short: Yes. With Joseph James delivery, our own two-man team take all the packaging away when they leave, so you are not left with a pile of cardboard to deal with.
We'll clear it away for you
Once your furniture is in place and set up, our team remove all the packaging and take it with them, leaving your home clean and tidy. It is one less job for you, and one of the things that makes Joseph James delivery a proper, hands-on service.
If your order comes by our courier partner
If your order is delivered by our courier partner, please note they do not remove packaging, so you would need to dispose of it yourself. If you would like the packaging taken away, choose Joseph James delivery.
Good to know
If you would like to keep some of the packaging, for example to protect the furniture while you rearrange a room, just let the team know and they will leave it with you.
