Can I collect from a showroom?

In short: Yes. You are welcome to collect your order from any of our four showrooms, in Stockport, Stretford, St Helens and Warrington. Just arrange a collection date with us.
How to arrange collection
Get in touch to let us know which showroom you would like to collect from, and we will confirm when your order is ready and agree a collection date with you. Please make sure you collect within the agreed time.
What to bring
- Your order confirmation (the email or text we sent you)
- Photo ID, such as a passport or photocard driving licence
Good to know
If you are collecting a large item, please bring a suitable vehicle and, if you can, someone to help you load it. Not able to collect? Our team can deliver into the room of your choice instead.
