In short: yes. Every payment is processed through a secure, encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
How we keep your payment secure
- Encrypted checkout. Our checkout uses secure encryption, so your details are protected when you pay.
- Trusted payment providers. Payments are handled by established, PCI-DSS compliant providers, the same technology used by major retailers.
- We don't store your card details. Your full card number is never visible to us or held on our systems.
- PayPal and finance. If you pay with PayPal or a finance provider, your details are handled securely within their own systems.
Staying safe
Only ever enter your payment details on our secure checkout. We will never ask you to send full card details by email or text, so if you receive a message like that claiming to be from us, please do not respond and let us know.
Good to know
Paying by credit card can give you extra protection on larger purchases. If you ever spot a payment you do not recognise, contact your bank or card provider, and get in touch with us so we can help look into it.
