When will I be charged?

In short: if you pay by card or PayPal, payment is taken when you place your order. If you choose finance, you repay your provider in line with the plan you agree with them.
Card and PayPal orders
For card and PayPal payments, we take the full amount at the checkout when you place your order, rather than when it is dispatched. The charge will usually appear on your statement shortly afterwards.
Finance and buy now, pay later
If you choose Klarna, Snap Finance or DivideBuy, you do not pay us directly. Instead, you repay your chosen provider according to the plan you agree with them, whether that is paying later or spreading the cost over monthly instalments. See do you offer finance or buy now, pay later?
Buying in a showroom
If you buy in one of our showrooms, payment is taken at the time of purchase.
Good to know
If you need to change or cancel after paying, we can help, and any refund due goes back to your original payment method. See can I change or cancel my order? and how long do refunds take?
