In short: we process your refund within 14 days of receiving your item back and checking it, and it goes to your original payment method.
When we process your refund
Once your returned item is back with us, we will refund you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive it. We may wait until we have received the item and had a chance to check its condition before processing the refund.
When it reaches you
Your refund is made to the same payment method you used to place the order. After we have processed it, how quickly it appears in your account depends on your bank or card provider, which is usually a few working days.
Good to know
If you send the item back yourself, keeping your proof of postage helps us process your refund as quickly as possible.
