Who pays for return postage or collection?

‹ Back to Returns & Refunds help

In short: for a change-of-mind return, you cover the cost of sending the item back to us. For larger items, you can ask us about arranging a collection.

Returning the item to us

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you arrange and pay for it to come back to us. For larger pieces of furniture, get in touch and we will talk through whether a collection is possible and what it would involve.

Faulty or damaged items are different

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, this does not apply, we will sort it out for you. Please see my item arrived faulty or damaged.

Good to know

When we refund a change-of-mind return, we include the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a delivery upgrade, we refund up to the cost of our standard delivery.
