In short: to start a return, just contact our customer services team within 14 days of receiving your order, by phone or email, and we will guide you through the next steps.
Starting your return
Get in touch within 14 days
Call or email our customer services team to let us know you would like to return your item. Please have your order number to hand.
We'll confirm the next steps
We will explain how to return the item, or talk through arranging a collection with you.
Send it back, or we collect
Return the item to us unused and in its original packaging, or ask us about a collection. Once it is back with us and checked, we will process your refund.
Good to know
It is enough to contact us within 14 days to start your return, even if the item takes a little longer to come back to us.
