What condition does the item need to be in?

In short: to be returned, an item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, in a re-saleable condition.
What we look for
- Unused. The item should not have been used or assembled.
- Original packaging. Please keep the packaging and return the item in it.
- Re-saleable. The item should be in the same condition you received it, aside from the handling needed to inspect it.
Deciding whether to keep it
You are welcome to unpack and inspect an item to check it is right for you, just as you would in a showroom. Please avoid using or assembling it while you decide, and keep the packaging safe in case you would like to return it.
Good to know
If an item comes back used, without its packaging, or showing signs of more handling than needed to inspect it, a restocking fee may apply. See is there a restocking fee?
