Is there a restocking fee?
‹ Back to Returns & Refunds help
In short: No, not if you return your item unused and in its original packaging. A fee may only apply if an item comes back used, without its packaging, or showing more handling than was needed to inspect it.
When there's no fee
If you return an item within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging, you will receive a full refund with no restocking fee. That is by far the most common outcome, so as long as you keep the packaging and avoid using the item while you decide, you have nothing to worry about.
When a fee may apply
A restocking fee of may be deducted only if a returned item is used, missing its original packaging, or shows signs of handling beyond what is needed to inspect it. In the rare case an item is damaged through mishandling, we may not be able to offer a refund.
Good to know
This does not apply to faulty or damaged items, your statutory rights always come first. See my item arrived faulty or damaged.
