Are in-store prices the same as online?

In short: Most of the time but not always. Our online prices apply to online orders only, and in-store prices are set in the showroom, so the two can sometimes differ.
Why online and in-store prices can differ
Our stock is one-off and changes constantly, and each showroom holds its own range. Online and in-store prices are set separately, which means a price you see online applies to online orders only and cannot be applied in store, and the same the other way round.
Getting the best price
It is always worth checking both. If you find a great price online, the easiest way to secure it is to order online. If you are visiting a showroom, just ask our team and they will let you know the in-store price on the day.
Good to know
Whichever way you buy, it is the same genuine, brand-new, brand-name furniture at outlet prices. If you have spotted a specific piece online and would like to see it in a showroom, give us a call first, as stock varies from store to store.
