Yes. Every piece on this page is from Furniture Village's Jose dining range. We buy it as cancelled customer orders, surplus stock, photography samples and end-of-line pieces. It is the same piece in the same finish, unused, and we buy it after the retailer has taken the loss on it, which is why the price is 30 to 70% lower.

Most Jose tables are pop-up extending tables. Pull the two halves of the top apart and the centre leaf lifts up from inside to sit level with the rest of the top. The draw-leaf version has a leaf that pulls out from under each end. Either way the leaf is stored in the table. Each listing gives the closed and extended sizes on its dimensions image.

The tops are ceramic, in marble-effect finishes and titanium grey. Ceramic is a hard, wipe-clean surface that copes well with everyday family use. The finish name, for example Fiorentino or Doro, is in every product title, so match it when you pair a table with the sideboard.
