We also carry our own Joseph James branded stock, which is where many of our sofas under £500 come from.

Every sofa is a cancelled order, surplus stock, a photography sample or an end-of-line range, checked before it goes on sale and covered by our free 12-month warranty. Most arrive still in the maker's packaging. Outlet pieces are single items rather than made-to-order ranges, so you buy the colour and configuration you see; when it's gone, it's gone.

Our own two-man team delivers and places the sofa in the room you want, and if you are not ready for it yet we will store it free for up to 3 months. Choose your delivery date at checkout.

Between them they hold more than 1,000 pieces, and most of the sofas on this page are on the floor at one of them. Buy in store or online at the same price, and if the sofa you want is at another showroom, ask and we can usually move it. Online, every listing shows photos of the actual sofa, not a stock image.
