At Joseph James Furniture Outlet we go above and beyond to get your furniture home. We offer two delivery options: our own two-man team who unpack, assemble and place your furniture in the room of your choice, or a fast express courier service through our partner Proovia. Delivery is free across the UK (a flat £65 to Northern Ireland), and we deliver within 7 days.

Not sure which to choose? If your item needs unpacking or assembling, choose Joseph James two-man delivery and we will set it all up for you. If you would rather have it as fast as possible and are happy to unpack it yourself, choose Proovia express courier. Our two-man service can take a little longer than Proovia, but it is the one to pick when you want the job done for you.

Our two-man delivery service

Our own delivery is handled by a friendly, experienced two-man team. As standard, they will:

• Bring your furniture into the room of your choice, not just to the doorstep.
• Fully assemble it and position it where you want it.
• Remove and take away all the packaging.
• Treat your home with care from start to finish.

We'll make it fit

Awkward doorway? Narrow staircase? Top-floor flat? We have seen it all, and our two-man team will make it fit. They will:

• Remove the backs from sofas to get them through tight spaces.
• Separate sofas into individual sections (a three-seater can come apart into three).
• Take dining tables apart, removing the legs and separating the top from the frame.
• Take doors off their hinges and open windows where needed.
• Carry your furniture up to any floor, even a 20th-floor flat.

If there is a safe way to get it in, we will find it, and then we will put it all back together in your room.

Delivery to any floor

Live several flights up with no lift? Not a problem. Our two-man team will carry and manoeuvre your furniture to any floor and assemble it in your room. No home is too tricky.

You are welcome to collect your order from any of our four showrooms in Stockport, Stretford, St Helens and Warrington. Just get in touch to arrange a time.
