The Hudson 23 is very popular across all demographics, largely because the chairs and sofas have high backs for lots of back and neck support, as well as shallow seats, which means it's easy to get up and out of. The Hudson is very well made, with hardwood construction and foam seats. All the things you'd expect from a good brand manufacturer like Parker Knoll. The chairs and sofas come in many colours and various materials, like fabric, leather and velvet. You can take the backs off by unzipping them, which allows you to wash them should you need to.

The price of a Parker Knoll is on the high side. You can definitely get something similar for a lot less, but it's not going to have the same decades' worth of use as a Parker Knoll.
