What do "outlet" and "clearance" mean?

In short: an outlet sells genuine, brand-new furniture at lower prices because of how it is sourced, not because there is anything wrong with it. Clearance simply means stock being moved on to make way for new ranges.
What "outlet" means
Just like a designer outlet, we sell authentic, brand-name furniture below its usual retail price. The saving comes from how we buy the stock, not from any drop in quality. Our pieces are brand-new, not seconds or ex-display.
What "clearance" means
Clearance refers to stock that is being cleared, for example end-of-line pieces, discontinued ranges and overstock. It is still brand-new furniture, just made available at reduced prices as ranges change and space is needed for new stock.
Why it costs less, not why it is lesser
Our lower prices come down to sourcing. We buy cancelled orders, clearance and overstock from major brands and retailers, often one-off pieces, and pass the saving straight on to you. See is your furniture brand-new?
