In short: full-price items come with a free 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures, from the date of delivery. You can also extend cover to a total of 3 years.
Your free 12-month warranty
Every full-price item we sell comes with a free 12-month warranty, valid from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects and mechanical failures, so if something goes wrong with the way your furniture was made, we will put it right. See what does the warranty cover? for the detail.
Extended cover
If you would like longer peace of mind, you can extend your warranty to a total of 3 years for 10% of the order value, at the time of purchase. See can I extend my warranty?
