In short: our free 12-month warranty, and the optional extended warranty, apply to full-price items.
Full-price items
Items bought at full price come with our free 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures, and you can extend that cover to a total of 3 years at the time of purchase.
Discounted items
As a furniture outlet, many of our items are sold at a discount. These are sold as seen and are not covered by the manufacturer or extended warranty. The condition of any item, including anything worth knowing before you buy, is always made clear on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Your rights are always protected
Whatever the price, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply: the goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact our customer services team and we will help put it right.
