What does the warranty cover?

‹ Back to After-Sales & Warranty help

In short: the warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical failures, specifically structural faults in the frame and suspension, and mechanical faults such as recliner mechanisms and electrical components.

What's covered

  • Structural faults in the frame construction and suspension.
  • Mechanical faults, including recliner mechanisms and electrical components.

In other words, if there is a fault in the way your furniture was made or in its moving or electrical parts, the warranty is there to put it right.

What's not covered

Everyday wear and tear, accidental damage and misuse are not covered by the warranty. For the full list, see what is not covered?

Good to know

The warranty applies to full-price items. Whatever you buy, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply, so faulty goods are covered regardless. See which items are covered?
