In short: the warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, general wear and tear, or issues caused by not following the care instructions. Here is the full list.

Not covered by the warranty

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse, abuse or neglect
  • Mishandling, improper storage or installation
  • Improper maintenance, or failure to follow the care instructions
  • Alterations, modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Joseph James Furniture Outlet
  • General wear and tear, such as softening of cushions and fading
  • Commercial or non-domestic use
